Nosh + Quaff

Big Cat was briefed to develop a programme of promotional campaigns for Nosh and Quaff, including delivery of design services.

Client

Nosh and Quaff is Birmingham’s irresistible, feel good restaurant and bar in the heart of the city, serving a mouth-watering selection of gourmet burgers, hot dogs, ribs and the star of their menu, lobster. The venue is part of the venerable Lasan Group of restaurants.

Objective

  • To generate increased awareness and footfall for Nosh and Quaff amongst Birmingham’s ‘Urbanite Foodies’ (the key target audience), over the campaign period
  • To increase revenue at Nosh & Quaff, over the campaign period (x10 months) by a set target

Delivery

Following an ideation session between Big Cat and Nosh + Quaff, we discussed the potential for a variety of promotional initiatives, and campaign calendar was developed.

This calendar provided the framework for 6 months of activity, including direction for 3rd party Social plus PR agencies, with Big Cat executing the following monthly scope-of-work:

  • Design and build of email marketing campaign
  • Production of POS collateral

 

Campaign activity would remain agile, with impact of the activity assessed in monthly meetings between Big Cat and the client, resulting in recommendations for future activity (based on findings).

Results

17% increase in sales of target menu items during campaign periods.
