Retail marketing expert, Danielle Bozward has been appointed Marketing Manager for Grand Central Birmingham. With over 18 years of experience in the retail and leisure sectors, she offers a wide skill-set to the position spanning strategy and communications, planning, positioning, innovation and insight.

Helen Woollven, Director, Savills said: “The calibre of candidates who applied for this role was extremely high.

“What stood Danielle head and shoulders above the rest was her understanding of the issues and challenges that are shaping the retail industry as we know it.”

Previously, Danielle has held positions at Hammerson, Jones Lang LaSalle and Madisonsoho Strategic Retail Marketing.

Danielle told Big Cat how her passion is retail, “I’m so excited to be a part of Grand Central Birmingham which will complement the existing retail and dining offering currently in Birmingham. I only started at the beginning of the month and I’m already forging strong relationships with the national and local retailers which are on board. As one of the most exciting retail developments to emerge from the UK this year and I am thrilled to be a part of it.

Big Cat will be working closely with Danielle to help make Grand Central Birmingham THE retail and leisure destination in the city. With the doors opening to the public this September, there’s not long left until shoppers get to see exactly what this premium retail and dining destination has to offer.
