Ringing The Bells For New Tourism Client

Ringing ‘The Bells’ For Our New Leisure and Tourism Client.

In October, Big Cat was appointed by the prestigious Bells Apartments in Leeds to help raise awareness of the newly opened venue in the heart of the city centre. We were tasked with positioning the venue as the perfect overnight stay experience in Leeds, whilst also driving bookings among their key target audience groups.

Consisting of six deluxe, serviced apartments, it’s hard not to fall in love with The Bells, and so when the Pride was given the chance to pitch ideas to the team, it’s safe to say we were very excited about the new addition to our leisure and destination portfolio!

Having carried out copious amounts of research on venues in and around the city centre, it was clear that visitors to the northern city aren’t short of accommodation options. However, we noticed that The Bells has a strong point of difference in the market compared to other chain hotels, showcasing super luxurious, serviced apartments like never seen before in the heart of the city centre. It was crucial that we communicated this effectively in order to give potential customers a reason to choose The Bells over other venues.

With The Bells Apartments wanting to raise its profile and be the first choice for corporates, couples and friends, we drew our attention to attracting Business Travellers, Boutique Breakers and Executive Wealth.

Knowing that we had a range of audiences to communicate with, both locally and nationally, our PR team arranged press tours, overnight stays and review opportunities to ensure we engaged with the most relevant publications and Journalists to spread the word of The Bells.

With coverage already secured in local and national titles, including a 9/10 rating on the Telegraph travel page and upcoming features planned in PAUSE and ELLE Magazine, we’re excited to see what the New Year brings for The Bells and we hope to continue the success into 2018!
