13th January 2020

Big Cat’s CEO Announced as IPA City Head for Birmingham & the Midlands.

We’re delighted to announce that our CEO and Founder, Anthony Tattum, has been appointed as the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising’s (IPA) City Head for Birmingham and the Midlands!

In his role as City Head, Anthony will take on a number of challenges including raising the profile of the IPA and their research, and driving a sense of community across the region. During his term, Anthony will be focusing on three key areas; diversity, awareness of the IPA and educating clients on their latest research findings, especially the role of brand building in marketing effectiveness.

Incorporated by Royal Charter, the IPA’s role is to advance the value, theory and practice of advertising, media and marketing communications; to promote best practice standards in these fields; and to ensure that the work it does will benefit the public, the wider business community and the national economy.

Anthony said: “I’m honoured to be appointed as City Head to represent our fantastic creative region. After twenty years in the industry I am looking forward to giving something back to both the IPA as well as the region itself, and championing both.”

We’ll make sure to keep you updated with any future talks and IPA events that Anthony is involved with and we’re looking forward to the year to come!
