Helping change the world one shop at a time

‘Support local business’ – one of the many worthy causes of 2020 and one close to our hearts. Since August, we’ve been running the social channels for Slow Food Birmingham, helping inspire some real passion in local food. We’ve beefed up their social media following and are loving being part of the world’s largest food movement.

Was 2020 the year you kick-started your fitness goals? This year saw parts of the fitness industry explode with success and others struggle to stay afloat. Our Founder & CEO, Anthony Tattum, wrote his latest industry piece on behavioural science for PT Today. Anthony provided tips on how the sector can grow their customer bases, increase revenues and outperform their competitors using the fundamentals from behavioural insights.

Swipe right for Umbrella

We are still right in the thick of the academic term, and our client Umbrella, wanted to shout about their contraceptive services to freshers. Looking at behaviour, people tend to be open to new things after a life event so we wanted to find that window of opportunity with the younger audience after the national lockdown. Focusing on the right media context using Tinder in the university areas, we helped Umbrella get their message out.

Shaking things up for an estate agent

Without a high street presence and Purple Bricks’ media budget, how does a little-known estate agent stand out and get noticed? This month we’ve been helping FIG do just that. Well, at least lay the strategic foundations down. We held a strategy workshop with the FIG team to help them find ways of competing for house sales in Sutton Coldfield.

Effing amazing Katie!

Our Katie is effing amazing. She not only passed the IPA Eff Test, but she passed with credit! We’re so proud of her 👏

The test is the gold standard for marketing practitioners. It’s certainly no mean feat, with 35 hours of study and a gruelling two hour exam.
