Our culture

Maintaining our vibrant workplace culture, as well as fostering an environment to support learning and development, means we come together as a team to operate from our Birmingham city centre workspace on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the option of remote working outside of our core days.

With a pet-friendly office, you’ll need to like dogs or our office dogs (Lily and Lottie) will be upset, as will some of our lovely pet-sector clients!

We’re famous for our six team social events, where we get together to have fun and let our hair down. Previous social events have seen us cruising the Birmingham canals, whipping up creative bakes, trying our hand at darts, and turning our office into our very own wellbeing centre.

Check out our Instagram page (@bigcatagency and @spottydogcomms) for a behind-the-scenes look at what we get up to!

We’re committed to supporting learning opportunities and continuous professional development, supported by our membership with leading bodies IPA and CIPR.

We also offer a great package, with extras such as 3% match pension, 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days offered for family care. The salary will be equivalent to the level of experience you have and will range from £25,000-£28,000.
