The freight brand Espace approached Big Cat for their Marketing + Design package.

Objective

  • Create brand identities for each of Espace’s six sub-brand services
  • Plan a top level 12-month marketing strategy
  • To launch and provide continued marketing support for the Espace Express Service
  • Test digital marketing methods such as Adwords and email marketing
  • Support the overall business growth strategy with marketing and design expertise

Delivery

  • Created a brand identity for each service and ensured that the sub-brands integrate with the wider brand
  • Planned and implemented a marketing strategy which includes regular eDMs and email newsletters, direct marketing and Google adwords campaigns
  • Provided data growth and segmentation advice to support the business growth strategy
  • Analysed current web performance and suggesting improvements for the Espace website’s SEO (search engine optimisation)
  • Created designed internal marketing materials for use across the Espace brand, including new business presentation templates, employee communications and sales tools

Results

  • 129% increase in website traffic within the last 6 months (Aug 2012-Jan 2013)
  • Increased brand recognition for Espace and the Espace Express sub-brand within the target market
